Capacitor charging and discharging

we are going to identify values of resistors by applying the reason that there's always losses and we have to prevent those losses from affecting the circuit. 

we set the equipment and calculate that.

we got result below

we used 68k and 6.8k ohms because we dont have exact value resisters 

we build the circuit

solusion:
our result is good to get close the times that we were looking for. depending on specific value for the resistors, it is not a bit difficulty of obtaining. in our case it was really small.
